Calm & Balance is a virtual psychoeducational workshop series designed to provide structured skill development for stress reduction and emotional wellness. Facilitated by Cathy L. House, LMFT, the program integrates evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a holistic body-mind-spirit framework.
