With over 25 years of experience, I have served as a guide for those navigating the often-turbulent waters of the human experience. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my clinical foundation is built on more than just theory—it is built on thousands of hours of shared stories and witnessed transformations.

I offer two main paths to support your wellness:

  • Private Practice: Personalized, 1:1  psychotherapy tailored to your specific needs.  Fee-Based. 
  • Cathy's Corner: Exclusive, no-cost support groups for members of Dr. Lodi’s CFCs Community.


To provide flexible and accessible care, all sessions are conducted online via encrypted platforms such as versions of Google Meet or Zoom. This allows us to connect securely from the comfort of your own space.
